As one of the nation’s best-known marketing editors, she created the Forbes CMO Network, the first of its kind. Before joining Forbes, Melanie was a business reporter at USA Today and a reporter at Advertising Age. She has written for numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal and the Harvard Business Review, as a journalist and a ghostwriter. And she has appeared as a business and branding commentator at events and on numerous TV outlets.
